Payroll Associate Job Juncture Sterling, VA Apply Now on Partner Site Review in-house hourly employee timesheets, enters PTO for the bi-weekly payroll period and contact the employees andor supervisor about any discrepancies. Enter adjustments as needed into in-house hourly employee timecards and salary timekeeping system. Review, research, and verify field staff daily logs for accuracy and policy compliance. Enter field staff hours from daily log into ADP timesheet. Determine and enter Per Diem and phone allowance into ADP Supplemental Earnings for field staff and any traveling hourly in-house employees. Serve as first point of contact for field staff with questions in regards to hours entered into ADP and send out emails to field staff when stops on Trimble are not explained on daily logs. Track missing field staff daily logs and unexplained discrepancies. Escalate unresolved issues to payroll supervisor prior to payroll submission date. Maintain per pay period attendance tracker for field staff. Apply PTO to field staff and in-house ADP timesheets. Determine the project field staff are working on and apply job cost coding to ADP timesheets accordingly. Track field staff collecting in special states and enter coding for those states on ADP. Review, research, verify and seek approval for all expenses submitted by field staff. Assist in stamping and mailing field staff paychecks and paystubs, and distributing in-house employee paychecks and paystubs bi-weekly as needed. Participate in periodic training of the field staff when they are in the office between drives. Prepare periodic payroll management reports as needed.
